How it works
From first call to fitted, one small team.
Everything we install is made to measure, so the process starts at your place and ends there too. Here is what happens at each step — and who you will be dealing with, which is the same few people the whole way through.
Step 1
You get in touch
Call, email or book online and tell us roughly what you are after — which rooms, and what you want them to do. The office arranges a time for a free measure and quote that suits you.
Step 2
We come to you, with samples
A member of our team visits with samples, looks at each opening with you and talks through what will suit — light, privacy, style and budget. We work across several suppliers, so the recommendation is about your window, not one brand’s catalogue.
Then every window is measured. If you are only doing a few rooms now, we can measure the others at the same visit so a later stage can be quoted or ordered without another appointment.
Step 3
You get an itemised quote
The quote lists each opening, so you can see what everything costs and move things around. For installed jobs it generally includes GST and installation — we aim to quote the real price of the job, not a low figure with extras added later.
Step 4
We order, and keep you posted
When you are happy, you accept the quote and pay a deposit, and we order your products to your exact measurements. Made-to-measure takes time — broadly three to twelve weeks depending on the product and supplier, with plantation shutters usually at the longer end.
You will not be left wondering. On longer orders we send regular updates, often about every fortnight, until everything arrives at our Geebung warehouse.
Step 5
We install, and stay in touch
We book an installation time with you and our own team fits everything. If something is not right afterwards, call us — we will look into it and sort it out properly.

Is the measure and quote free?
Yes. We come to you with samples, measure every window you are considering and give you a written, itemised quote. There is no charge and no obligation.
How long does it take from quote to install?
It depends on the product and supplier — broadly three to twelve weeks from when the order is placed, with plantation shutters usually at the longer end. We keep you updated while you wait.
Will the same people look after my job?
Yes. We are a small team, not a franchise, so you are not handed from a salesperson to a check-measurer to installers you have never met. Everyone knows what is happening on your job.
