Only what you send us
When you fill in a form on this site — a measure and quote request, a repair enquiry, a seconds enquiry or a general message — we collect the details you enter. That usually means your name, phone number, email address and suburb, plus anything you tell us about your windows, and any photos you attach to a repair enquiry.
We do not ask for payment details on this website.
How we use it
To answer you and do the job
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
- To contact you about your enquiry, book a measure and quote, and prepare your quote
- To order, deliver and install your products, and to look after you afterwards
- To keep a record of your enquiry and job
Who sees it
Our team, and the services we use
Your enquiry is read by our small team. To deliver form submissions to our inbox we use an email delivery service, which processes the message on our behalf and may store it outside Australia. We use business software such as a customer relationship management system to keep track of enquiries and jobs.
We share your details with suppliers or installers only where needed to complete your job, or where the law requires it.

Access, corrections and questions
